Step One: Discover

It starts with with a deep dive into your brand to get an accurate read on who you are, where you’re going, what your challenges are and what it is that makes you unique. Our team digs deep with one-on-one interviews, focus groups, anonymous surveys and more brand research to get a full, 360-degree view of your organization – from the senior management team and front-line staff to current customers and potential prospects.

Step Two: Analyze

After gathering everything there is to know about your brand, our team gets to work reviewing the data and responses to see what trends and key insights we can find. We look for commonalities between different audiences, competitive advantages you may have in the marketplace and opportunities to grow. It’s also important that we bring to light any challenges and weaknesses so that we can create a plan to tackle them head on.

Step Three: Create

Now that we’ve immersed ourselves in your brand and thoroughly reviewed the data, it’s time for “the fun part.” We’ll leverage key insights to create a brand promise and recommend a strategic direction on how best to develop or improve your brand identity through your name, logo, colors, brand voice and more. We’ll then put that identity to the test to see what kind impact it has and make adjustments as needed until it’s just right. We also provide comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure it’s consistent across all media.

Step Four: Launch

Once we’ve established a look and voice for your brand, it’s time to introduce it to the world. A comprehensive launch plan and timeline for each audience will be provided along with strategic public relations recommendations for how to position your brand and increase awareness. In some cases, a launch event may be organized as well to generate excitement, provide clarity and help engage internal and external audiences.
